Returns & Cancellations

We will exchange any opened bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed. We ask that the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. Please send an email to wine@monstervineyards.ca to arrange for the return and replacement of such damaged or flawed product. We do not provide cash refunds for alcoholic beverages.
